Before a salesman can raise a sales order, Waldo ERP captures their live GPS location and compares it against the outlet's registered coordinates. The order is only permitted within a configurable radius — default 10 metres. A salesman sitting at the office cannot book an order for an outlet 5 km away. Even "No Order" markings are GPS-verified at the outlet location.
Beat planning assigns salesmen to routes and outlet visit days. Each outlet is assigned a beat code (Monday, Tuesday etc.). The system automatically blocks orders from an outlet on any day other than their assigned beat day. Customers are mapped to routes, and routes assigned to salesmen, creating a three-layer accountability structure.

Orders, invoicing & delivery
Every Waldo ERP invoice and delivery note carries a QR code with the outlet's precise GPS coordinates. Your delivery person scans the QR code and their phone navigation opens directly to the outlet's location. Eliminates the problem of delivery staff not knowing where an outlet is — especially on new routes.
Once a sales order is approved through the workflow, the admin can convert it to an invoice and mark it as delivered — individually or in bulk. A consolidated delivery sheet can be downloaded for all active orders across routes, giving your delivery team a clear, organised dispatch list for each day.
Waldo ERP supports a full purchase order to GRN flow. When goods arrive partially, the GRN records the actual quantity received and the PO remains open for the balance.
